Nelly Mitford

I am a Latina Owner Broker of MP Real Estate Group. We provide Commercial, Residential and International Client Representation. Our commitment is to educate our clients about the real estate transaction, market trends and to provide the latest tools to make the selling or purchase of a real estate assets or home a smooth process. We work with owners, tenants and investors in the local, national and global markets. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico where I attended the University of Puerto Rico and majored in Finance and Industrial Management with a minor in Economics. After leaving Puerto Rico I moved to Texas where I has resided in both the Greater Dallas Area and Greater Houston Area. I have lived in the Greater Houston and The Woodlands area for over 25 years and have been an active part of the real-estate industry for over ten years. I am a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program in 2013 as ABR, CIPS,CNE, CLHS, and as a CCIM candidate. In 2017 I was the International Advisory Group Chair for the Houston Association of Realtors where I was able to lead the process for the International Listing Agreement act to be approved. With over a decade in the industry I have also been able to become a member of numerous notable associations and groups such as: the Montgomery County Political Affairs Committee, a TREPAC Major Investor, The Governmental Affairs Committee, Texas Realtors Commercial Committee Member, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate, and Realtors without Borders. When I am not working I like to be able to give back to my own community as a volunteer with the Montgomery County Meals on Wheels as well as an active member of the Montgomery County Animal shelter where have rescued three dogs. I am also a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and worked as a youth mentor with my husband Paul. We have been married for nearly three decades and have raised two children.
